i have a evo7 jdm. i want to tune my ecu with economic type. it means 0-2000rpm low consumption then 2000rpm-7500rpm high performance. is this possible?

Yes you can tune for economy and performance in the same map. The tables are like a 2 axis graph with the horizontal axis being load and the vertical axis being RPM. The intercepting point will be your target AFR or timing advance. I've pasted a link below, have a read, it will tell you much more than I can.
