Hi, could someone tell what's required to add switchable anti lag on an evo 9?

There's no such thing as a switchable ALS truly.

I should preface that with stating that many people confuse the Evo's factory launch control or no lift to shift (NLTS) systems with an antilag system. Those actually aren't ALS at all though.

If you're looking for a TRUE ALS, then you'll have to make semi permanent changes to your vehicle. Depending on the system you choose, you'll need a full standalone ECU that supports it, and a manifold that has the plumbing for it. Regarding the "switchability" that can be done with the tune and the ECU.

 

You're looking for pops and bangs with the sas hardware. MLR. Aka lancerregister.com is the spot for that.

U just need an alt map switch and some tuning.
