I have a Evo 9 that has developed a periodic, but significant engine hesitation at around 5k rpm under WOT and I am trying to diagnose what may be happening through data logging (the issue did not show up on the dyno).

I just bought a tactrix openport 2.0 with the SD card, but I am not sure as to which software I should download for data logging (I am not reflashing or retuning). The choices appear to be either ecuflash 1.44 or the openport 2.0 driver. I downloaded the openport 2.0 driver software and opened the SD card - the SD card had no files on it.

So, for data logging only, do I use the ecuflash 1.44 software, or do I use the open port 2.0 driver software?

Any help would be appreciated.

Evoscan is used for data logging.

 

Evo scan 2.9 for data logging and I dislike 1.44 ecu flash as the graphing error realy bugs me.

Also Mitsu logger check the ecu flash there's guides there.

 

I made a log of several runs, but I'm not sure how to interpret the data. Anyone out there want to take a look at the files to see if they can spot whats going on?
