Evo IX with tephra v7, all readiness monitors good except O2 sensor

Evo IX with tephra v7, all readiness monitors good except O2 sensor
I have the tephra v7 mod on my AMS tune, and all of the readiness monitors are showing "ready" except the O2 sensor (and the ones that aren't supposed to be working like A/C).
In the "Monitor available" and "monitor passed" section I have the following set to 1:
EGR system
Evaporative system
The rest are set to 0.
Non-continuous part one is set to 4019
Part two is set to 6A84
Completion is set to DA84 and 6AA1
Anyone else have this same problem?
The oxygen sensor is plugged in and I have the factory exhaust in place right now. Any help is appreciated.
