Evo 9 Cold Start Stalling Prob.

So here's my little problem hoping someone can help me with. Just installed HKS 274/278 cams and got everything tuned but the issue is on a cold start the car will fire up like it should and idle at 2000 for a min, the problem is when the RPMs start to drop to idle it will slowly fall past idle and stall. If I just get in and drive the car for a min until the coolant gets up to temp the car idles as it should. Anyone have any suggestions or have ran into this issue?

Definitely a tune problem, i'm not a pro but when I see problems like this usually the solution has to deal with the tuner adjusting the cold start table improperly or something to that effect.
