Lean E85 AFR (20+) at idle or at red light

I'm on Speed Density E85. My innovate gauge says 20+ AFR at idle or at a red light. Its fine while cruising or WOT. When I accelerate, I need to either give it more gas bring the AFR back to 14-15 or I almost stall from the lean condition. I read that there's a patch that I can adjust the minimum IPW.

Would adjusting with "minimum IPW" help correct the lean condition?
Would adjusting "minimum IPW" affect the WOT tune?
