Question 03 EvO 8 ignition troubles Pls Help!

So I have been outside trying to figure out what's wrong with my evo 8, changed out spark plugs for some new NGK lazer ones, an when I did put back together the car started sputtering, wasn't sure the problem so put old plugs back in and the car was still sputtering as if it was out of time or vacuum leak I don't know! Kinda new to the evo... Need help guy at auto zone told me to reset ecu and drive it for awhile and should work but that didn't change it.... Car idles rough but when give it gas the car drives/runs fine.. Just when in neutral and idling what could it be?

Get from NGK BPR8ES and gap them to 0.020".
If you still have issues after than then do a boost leak test. Don't come back until these 2 things are done!

Oh okay. Um well I need to check that and could a boost leak cause a sputtering problem aswell? Cause I normally push 25lbs but it's been goin to 21-22lbs my evo isn't stock if that helps with the gaping it's had cam work done titanium parts and has around 375-400hp

They already told you how to fix it. Most likely you either messed up one of the plug wires or you disconnected a vac hose. This is a simple repair and if you wont listen to the people trying to help you then take it to a shop that knows what their doing. Not trying to be a jerk but they told you to do a boost leak test if you dont know what that is you shouldn't be working your car yourself.

Did you really find ALL the leaks? Did you pressurize the entire system (to about your boost target/PSI) and hold it there for at least 5 seconds?

Not completely positive, the guys would let me see then do it... Went to Appalachian Performance in Black mountain NC, guys said found 1 boost leak and fixed a rubber house for vacuum... So can't tell if there is a boost leak! Any suggestions on what I should do??

The only way to know of a leak is to pressurize the system. It's not really that hard.
