Evo 9 Knock and Pull Problem

Evo 9 Knock and Pull Problem
So I just got EvoScan and Cable and everything, and my evo IX has been knocking whenever i go WOT. My boost Gauge shows my boost limits at 19-20psi. Im looking at a CSV file and its showing for my MAP Boost numbers in the 10-47.5 range.
While in 3rd and going WOT my Boost gauge shows 20 psi and my Knock CEL blinks the whole time and once i hit 5-6k rpm it does a boost cut.
What problems could i be running into?
Is it to much boost?
I cant even go WOT without Knock CEL Blinking
