WTF! Car wont idle

So I was driving and everything was fine. I stopped at a red light and the car died. I started it up and the RPM's just dropped. I started it again and gave it a little gas to hold the RPM and I drove through the light. There was no CEL and the car drives fine its just when I stop or push in the clutch while driving. When I parked it at home i did get a CEL for p0138. I have read and serched for the symptoms that my evo has and I can't seem to find any info. Has anyone had the same issue? Its an 03 with 86k miles.I have basic mods- tbe, 255, licp, mbc and a flash. I have had the car sense 06 and haven't had any issues. Please help a brother out as this is my DD

Doing that tonight. Would a boost leak trip a p0138 tho? Also i was going to delete the rear o2 in the ecu to see if that could be the issue. Any other thoughts?
