evoscan connection issue?

evoscan connection issue?
is there away to test the openport 2.0 cable. my connection keeps dropping when logging? it it would connect for a couple of minutes with the green screen then turn yellow then green for a couple of minutes

May be an issue with your OBD port. I've had a few customers with this issue, inspect your OBD connector for any pins that may be loose or pushed out. Not saying it can't be the tactrix, but I haven't had any issues. What settings are you using to log?

settting? i m using Evoscan. i have openport 2.0 checked and mutIII checked. my other scanner works with no issues. i had the cable for 4 years. i contacted evoscan and i havent got a response and openport said to check with evoscan. i have the newest 2.9 evoscan.
