Sudden drop of load

Hey guys, hoping you can shed some light on a problem iv been having tuning my evo 8. Its a 2.3 stroker with a BW EFR 7163 turbo. The problem im having is everytime i start to boost it drops load completely. IPW stays strong, Boost stays strong, Airflow stays strong. Iv tried swapping the Boost controller, and a boost leak test, changed the MAP sensor but nothing seems to do the trick. Any help will be much appreciated.

Not a problem...

Raiae your 2 byte to 1 byte load factor in your tune and in EvoScan. That value limits how high your load will go. The max load is 255 times your load factor.

No problem. Just make sure the value in EvoScan is the same as the value in youe tune or the load you log won't match up with the load your ECU is using. That will lead you down a confusing path.

Bumping this, I’m having a similar issue where my load cells will get to 280, and drop down to like 7 load at 3500rpm, and then start to climb again from there, will setting the 2 byte to 1 byte load factor from 1.2 to 1.6 be the correct choice? If my understanding is correct, 1.6x255 is 408 max load.

The big maps only goes up to 350, but I have an omni 4 bar map sensor which is set in KPA vs load to 350 kPa and 400 load% (previously was set to 500 kpa and 680 load% for some reason)

should the 2 byte to 1 byte load be set at 1.4 x255= 357 max load since thats where the table ends? Or should this value of max load correlate with the map sensors max reading of 4 bar. Appreciate any help
