Evo IX bad idle PLEASE HELP

i didnt notice anything out of sorts or beat up when i was cleaning the tb today ill look closer tomorrow morning when i disconnect the battery

It's pointless trying to clean a throttle body.

There's 3 things that can make them stick.

A worn shaft
Improper adjustment of the throttle stop.
Freezing due to cold weather.

Can you log the car?

Throttle position,rpm, target idle rpm, timing, afr, injector pulse width, isc steps, iscv demand, iscv position, Isc learn (ac on and ac off) load, boost..

otherwise you will get 20 different answers.
