hesitating over 6500 rpm

Hi guys,

HELP!?

I have a problem which noone here locally (Cyprus) appears to be able to solve.

Problem: Car is fine and pulls strong up until it reaches approximately 6500rpm.
i) From 6500rpm to 8000rpm the cars appears to have no power and does not pull hard and
ii) right after that you can feel the car run on 3 cylinders for a period of 10-20secs.

Background of the car
Car broke down a couple of months ago and engine was rebuilt 2.0 with forged internals, bedded in and now we are trying to tune it. We are trying to tune with an oem ecu using a 4bar map and tephra software at approximately 1,65bar boost pressure (24-25psi). (I purchased a Link G4+ plug in ecu and a forge wastegate to install soon. And see if its an oem ecu limitation issue.)
We checked:
Leak down test
Boost leaks
injectors
Plugs
Ignition coils and wires
Wiring
Fuel pump
Thoroughly the tune (currently tuned on an OEM evo IX ecu using tephra and an OMNI 4 bar MAP)

Car:Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX GSR MR FQ340 MY06

Mac 3 port solenoid
HKS Kansai air box carbon
HKS panel filter

Fuel mods

PLEASE help, i just want my car back.
Happy to answer anything that you want to ask.

Put the 560cc injectors back on the rail.
Plug the MAF back on.
Flash the oem rom back to the ecu.
Run stock wastegate pressure, see if the problem goes away.

Marios,

Unfortunately I do not have the stock injectors :/
MAF is plugged in. Car is tuned with both the SD and the MAF.

Although I have another set of 1000cc injectors. (tried them)
PM me your phone number maybe we can chat for a bit since you are also in Cyprus.
