Fuel temperature sensor

Has anyone had to replace one? What are the symptoms? How do I narrow it down?

I have to different tunes ATM. I have a speed density running off of AIT, and I also have a fuel temp sensor tune.

symptoms are different on each and lead me to the fuel temp sensor.

on the AIT tune I get a p0182 (fuel temp low)

on the fuel temp tune I get a p0112 (air temperature low) that will not clear while in that tune.

any input would be greatly appreciated.

So i believe the senor is located on the fuel tanl so it may not be accessible by just removing the rear seat.

I haven’t gotten around to resolving this yet🤣

but I was just going to place an order for it tomorrow, and drop the tank.

ill try and give this a shot first for the hell of it. See what I come up with.
