AFR bouncing, sputtering, and now misfire

Hello everybody, I’m new to the evo platform and have some questions regarding my evo 8. Here is the build sheet I was given.

FP Green upgraded turbo
Kelford 272 Cams
Greddy Blow Off Valve
Hallman Boost Controller
Aem intake
Full exhaust
Aem greddy gauges
Pte 1200cc injectors
Ets Fmic
was tuned on 93

now the issue I’m running into is I’ve had the car for a month and whenever I’m driving the AFR is all over the place bounces between 12 and sometimes hits 17 and leans out. And whenever I go WOT it sputters and cuts out. Parked it thinking it just needs a tune but went to start it today to move it to give it a wash and now it’s developed a misfire. Is it possible that it melted the spark plug from running lean? Any suggestions are welcome. Plan to pull the spark plugs tomorrow but want some insight from people who know evos as I’m the only one in my area with one.

I would start with getting a tactrix cable and doing some logging. Assuming all the mechanicals are in order , seems like a tune issue. Especially since these issues have been lingering since you bought the car.
