I have a evo 7 and i have rebuild my engine to a 2.2 stroker and suffering from knock ever since

I tune the car myself and having problems with it. I am using aem series 2 engine management

does any on have a solution to this knock problem? or did someone else had a similar problem

 

Monitor with DET Cans if possible, or add and remove timing to verify false knock,

Up the knock sensitivity settings as needed to alleviate.

 

I have been messing around with the timing for quite some time now and the knock i am reading is way to crazy it sometimes peak to a tremendous amount it goes to a point where it isnt even physically possible like 730 and then jumps back to 5 then 700 then 5 its like this

 

Is anything banging around? Stuff hitting into other stuff when the power surges can trigger false knock.

 

The car is old but the engine is rebuild and it has only been a year since the rebuild and whenever I floor the throttle and it hits 5000 rpm (note: our boost comes at 6300 on street) it wont stop knocking till the limiter
