Turbo/Bov issues

My MR is dual mapped and I disconnected the battery and forgot it resets back to 91 (idiot) so I thought my car was just having issues relearning idle since it was very rough and would stall on cold start and I cruised it down a couple blocks and I heard a pop on second gear and noticed my turbo stopped kicking in and bov was also failing then my dumbass remembered to change it back to E so I did and now the car idles fine and afrs are also good again but the turbo is still not functioning and I was wondering what could have gone wrong because the car is not smoking or anything and it drives pretty decent it just feels slower since no boost is kicking in. Hope that makes sense and thanks!

Sounds like you may have leaned out the engine to the point of damage. You should stop driving it and investigate the problem. Further driving will only exacerbate the problem.
