can anyone share their voltage values for the fuel level sensor in a haltech dash?

 

They all differ. Depending on how you set it up. Best way to do it empty the tank and get that reading then add 2 gallons of fuel and use that reading for 0 then fill up the tank and use that voltage for full

 

full- 0.2V
empty- 1.58V

oem tank
radium fuel hanger

 

Ok best way to do this is add 2 to 5 gallons of fuel in there and take the reading and use that as your 0. that way when your car says its empty there is 5 gallons or whatever left in the tank. So use the full voltage as your full and use the 5 gallon voltage as empty as i said and you should be good to go. If you use those values when you drive the car the empty is empty and you have no gas at all.

 

Those are the values for my car, from full to bone dry. Id rather know the true reading than put in a guard-band.

Oh ok but I will say my voltages are different then yours. My full is 0 volts and empty is 1.46 volts. I mean close enough I guess.
