Logging ACD with Evoscan but with Standalone ecu

I have a Haltech for engine management. Unfortunately I cannot log or access the ACD module or abs with Evoscan. Has anyone run into this issue? If so is there a workaround?

Did you log either of those ECUs while still on the stock ECU? I havent seen anyone logging ABS but I also havent specifically looked into it.

Do you have the added wire run to the 3.5mm jack to plug into openport2.0 module?

I have a motec m1 and still have my OBD port wired (plug n play kit) so no problem accessing ACD for tuning but I havent ever been able to log data directly from that ECU. Best Ive been able to do is log ACD pressure with an external sensor.

I did not log ACD before I swapped to the standalone. I might try and plug in the stock ecu and see if that function even works. According to the EVOSCAN website it says it's possible with the 1.3u cable. What fittings did you use to log acd line pressure? I may just go that route.

Heres the thread for what wire you need to add.

Yes I already added this wire and reflashed my acd module. I was hoping to log it though to see the changes in action. I'll look into finding a tee fitting to add a pressure sensor to the pressure line. I did tap into the oem pressure sensor on the acd unit to log it, but that is not an accurate representation of what's happening in the line.

As far as I know, its never been possible to actually log the ACD or ABS ecu directly.

Thats correct on the OEM pressure sensor, that is for the pump filling the accumulator. I dont think the ECU uses pressure directly, its just indirect control via solenoid duty cycle.

I dont remember all the components I used, but I have a banjo with a -6 going right into the center diff. A Tee off that with a -6 line running to the factory Evap line which is the same as the ACD line. My pump is relocated so that all works out. I did a AN flare on that line but a compression fitting on it would be plenty.

I was finally able to log the acd. You need to use Evoscan 3.1 and you have to use a 1.3 cable. It won't let you read or erase the codes though. I'm also not able to actuate the bleeding function or anything like that. But the logging portion is nice to have.

Excuse the unedited video, this shows how the ACD is pressurized for bleeding purposes.

The short of it is, the pump running doesn't mean the ACD is receiving pressure. That's just refilling the accumulator. You can literally just put a hose on the bleeder, crack it open, and cycle the throttle holding for a few seconds each time.
