Getting a UTEC, but need a few answers
Well, I searched for a while, but didn't really come up with any solid answers, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. I plan on buying a UTEC, and probably getting the Tuner later, due to lack of funds. But back on topic, I figured I should buy the Map selector switch, and a MAP sensor, but which one? I've heard good alot about the GM 3-bar MAP sensor, does anyone have a part # for it? Are there any other "little things" that should be purchased and installed with the UTEC? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

*edit* I forgot to ask if an EGT sensor would be able to be connected directly to the UTEC, or that would be a function of the Tuner? Either way, which is a good Probe for installing on the #1 or #2 runner, 2" from the block, as I've heard they come in different lengths.

Yeah, EGT Sensor is a function of the Tuner Pro... I've been asking them to add the EGT temp onto the shift-1 data logging in a future Tuner Pro firmware upgrade (if its installed)
I think its a type-K EGT sensor btw.. shares the same molex part number (and I assume wiring is documented) in the Tuner Pro manual..
