EVO MR Bilsteins!!!!!!!!
There's two part numbers for the rear springs on the MR. I'm going to have to investigate.. On first impression the fronts are obviously different springs. Rears *could* be the same.

I will try to gather up some more info on the spring rates and why these Bilsteins cost so much compare to the off-the-shelf Bilsteins on the market. I will keep you guys posted!

You are paying for specialty parts on a high performance car. Mitsu dumped a ****load of dough developing these parts, plus they are OEM, and OEM is straight expensive always.

I believe the domestic cars are cheaper, because the cost involved in importing them, making them seperate for US spec and luxury and gas tax that gets put on the evo.
Also, the brand name reputation value makes them hold their value better.

I think those blisten shocks are great, but bit overpriced compared to some of the shocks or coilovers that's out in the market now, such as JIC and TEIN.
The shock dampening ratio is also developed in conjunction with the spring height, so I don't know how they'll act when you drop it about 2 inches...

Jounce bumpers? You mean bump stops? Do the Bilsteins rods have a larger or smaller diameter compared to stock? If larger, then you could probably just drill them out to make it fit. If it's smaller, no big deal. It just won't look as clean but will still serve its function.
