This maybe a really stupid question, but if I was to get the MR Blisteins would I need to get different springs? I have Tanabe GF210's right now on my GSR.

You wouldn't need to, but right now I've got the MR Bilsteins on the car and it is sitting significantly higher than it did with the GSR pieces. So I'm looking into getting the MR springs.

So let me get this straight ez76, You are running the MR Bilsteins with 03 Evo VIII springs and the car sits higher than it did on the combined 03 strut and spring package? Is the strut length from the attachment points to the perch different or is it the springs? Maybe the car has'nt settled yet?

So far we know the rear springs are different. How long should settling take?

One quick drive should settle the springs. How do you know the rear springs are different? A different part number may not necessarily mean a different spring.

Re: springs, I am going on what has been observed on the MR (I haven't seen MR springs yet), the different rear spring part #'s in CAPS, and the ride height on my car after a couple days of driving. I did not measure length differences etc. when they were installed so there could be that or other factors.

I'll let you know what I find out.

Bilsteins are great, I had them on my old Accord and loved them. I'd get these over coil-overs ANYDAY. That front strut screams LANDING GEAR.

Coil-overs = WARRANTY?
BILSTEIN = LIFETIME WARRANTY
