Just wanted to pass on a public thanks to Greg at GSC for his good business and outstanding professionalism.

I called GSC this morning concerning an issue I had with an early version of their Power Division cams. Without even requesting to see pics of the unit he offered me a free replacement. When I inquired about the S2 cams as an upgrade he offered me a smoking deal on those which I took.

Greg, there are quite a few people/companies that could learn from your example. Thanks for taking the time to satisfy another customer.

Greg is an excellent businessman, professional, and always willing to discuss his products and answer questions. I've had nothing but good exchanges with GSC.

Unlike some other vendors on here, who get butt hurt if you question them about their products and why they do things the way they do. Some vendors here are on a major ego trip......

From the responses in the forums, I decided to buy from GSC as well.

Unfortunately it turned out to be quite a bad expreience for me. After acknowledging receipt of my TT money on 28 Feb 07, I had to deal with 3 months of excuses as to why he couldn't ship my order. I finally got a Fedex tracking number on 30 May 07.

The shipment was missing a set of Injen UICP and LICP. Greg has acknowledged that the items were missing from the original order and promised to send it out on 11 July 07. Till today, I am still waiting for the parts to arrive.

I live in Singapore so I can only conclude that GSC provides good service for local customers.

I would love to hear some comments from GSC customers from my part of the world.
