CNMI & Guam
Well, I am the only one in the CNMI (Commonwhealth of the Northern Marianas Islands), the only Lancer Evolution VIII that came in..
So I hope the rest of the 5 Evos that came in to the brother island of Guam and those in the military base (Guam) that I heard about 14 of them will join in..
Also, those residing in other countries, lets get it on. Shootz.
