Do these higher seat rails allow any adjustment in height? I'm 5' 11" and my wife is under 5'. When she rents a car she has to be sure it has electric seats that adjust for height. Outside of her using a pillow, this looks like the only option I've seen that would allow her to drive an X.

Yes, and No

the "Height Raising" HKS Seat base (133-031-001 ) raises up both the front, and back, of the seat Rail for adding height, and this is something you set when you install the Seat/Seat Base, but note: this is *not* adjustable on-the-fly for different Drivers after installation

ie, with some experimentation with 133-031-001 you'll be able to set a height that's optimum for your Better Half; but: you won't be able to drop the height back down when/if you sit in the car, tho'

133-031-002 "Height Dropping" seat base drops the seat height a set amount; about 2 inches

Thanks for the update on seat height adjustment. Maybe someday someone will come up with an adjustment that works on-the-fly.
