Does the RRM kit come with hard vacuum lines? I'm getting my kit from Vince very soon and if he doesn't include the lines, should I get the hard lines?

Car was running better for about 20 miles but I can tell the leak around the injector is back. I am going to order the plug wires (do still have stock with 70,xxx miles...) Going to re-grind the fuel rail this weekend... Haven't had the injector out but will check the o-ring when we tear it apart this weekend.. Thanks guys..will keep you updated. (Yes they are brand new plugs, properly gapped...)

I am have the same problem. The car runs ok for while then when i floor it in second or 3 gear it struggeles to get over 6000 rpm. I hesitates as if the power is cut off, i am forced to change gear. I have had every thing suggested from the waste gate, blow off valve, plugs, to to the fuel pump.

Anyone got any better idea's

The actual fuel cut is around 6,250 on the manual transmission.

sorry so late on this... didn't see the post. Sounds like your hitting an overly rich condition caused by a vacuum/boost leak. The injectors are big culprits when you mod them on a higher mileage motor. Try getting some new rubber bottom seals from mitsu. A couple of guys had the same leaks and that is what they did to fix them.

Update... OK...after pressure testing the system again, we removed the injectors and found if we tightened the fuel rail all the way down, it causes the injectors to twist in a way that they all leak really badly. So we added a washed under the fuel rail on one side and tightened and it has been running better now for a few days. However, under WOT it is still stumbling. I just put my order in for new plug wires so hopefully that fixes it. If it is still stumbling, my bext step will be to replace the injector seals.

Have any Turbo guys tried an ignition amplifier? Wondering if that would help the situatuion at all. Boe, watching my A/F guage, the car is running rich. Has RRM redone the Stage 2 map as I bought when it just came out. I believe it is too rich...

you still have a boost leak... get some new seals on the injectors. Also did you modify the rail like the instructions said. There has been a few people with injector leaks... their seals were the problem though. New ones fixed them right up. The rail, if moded correctly, should sit right to seal the injectors. Make sure none of the clips are hitting the rail and causing them to be out of position. Also ensure that when tightening the rail your holding it all the way back... that is why you have to open the rail mounting holes to 1/2 inch. Also ensure you're using the 4 black spacers on the rail. One set should be ground off(the locating shoulder on both sides) and the other should have one side ground off. Get RRM to email you the instructions/pictures again if needed.

I was one of them who had a bad seal that goes into the intake manifold. It was wierd...almost like it shrunk because it wasnt the same size as the other 3, even though they were all the original ones that came with the car.

Boe--check your PM's.

Having that same problem with leaking injector seals too. Not the first time either. (the first time it happened my car was in the shop and they replaced the seals though). What's the name of the part if I go to my local dealership or whatever?

Problem is my car is still running like crap! I'm about to yank the stage 2 and just run stage 1. Either the leak is back around the injector with the new seals, or there is another problem. At WOT the car bogs down and does not accelerate. If i keep half throttle I can accelerate easily past 100mph...as soon as I hit WOT, nothing...
