an easy way to check if it is your spark plugs and your wires versus something in the fuel delivery system s to run it untol you experience the bogging, then pull out your injectors. the ones that are nasty looking and are sitting in a pool of gas are the ones that arent firing for whatever reason. i had this problem once (non turbo and diff car, but still the same problem). i had it bogging at idle, and it would not warm up fast at all.....it ended up that i had a SMALL leak in 2 of my injector o-rings (6 cylinder). my gas milage went to about 14 mpg on a 3.0 ltr maxima that shoulda been getting about 24. i replaced the injectors and o-rings and it ran fine. never quite got my gas milage back to 100%....but the good ole right foot is to blame for that a little prolly......anyways....hope this helps a bit
