a few things: yes, you need an aftermarket header with the SDS system because the stock header/dp combo is too inefficient with FI airflow and causes problems (bottom line: if you like your car, get a header)

the rrm will work, the kamikaze will work, but the rpw header would probably work the best. RRM and kamikaze setups are almost identical, but kamikaze comes with a DP and rrm does not ( you have choice of finishes with kamikaze too). RPW is a touch more expensive, so its up to you

finally, your a 2004, right? which uses the returnless fuel system, right? well, you may want to call ripp and talk to ross about this before you order. afaik, rrm is developing a different kit with different fuel mods for the 04 guys because i don't believe the usual fmu will work

same with the sds (which uses a rising rate FPR), you will have to do some research into that to see.

i don't understand what you mean, and i think the same is for you

basically, start doing some more research so you understand the difference between the 02-03 fuel system vs. the 04's on up returnless system

Yes, RIPP includes everything.

But to repeat GreenPsycho, they don't have a kit for 2004 Lancers. So you'd have to work with them to get a kit for your car.

Get it?
