well, it looks like we got a bunch of folks on board at once (me, kid, arch, and someone else i think)

we need to prove this kit over and over again, starting with dynos, kills, and track times

i know i'll be doing my share this fall (dynos and track)

Once it's all installed, we should set up a meet. Everyone will get in a line and Psycho can take each of us for a drive

ps. now that your going to be using more fuel, I bet that bored out fuel rail is going to add an excellent touch

i like the sound of a "meet greenpsycho" meet. LOL

yeah, once the kits on, i'm going to hit up everyone in the NE that is interested, just to prove to everyone first hand the RIPP setup is strong.

actually, i'm not sure the bored rail would help out with RIPP's new design. that is because the stock injectors are still being used (which can't be pushed very much), and all the extra fuel is being injected via the atomizer, which runs off its own fuel rail

well, ripp said it would take 3 weeks, so i should have my car back by the 15th, after that, i'm free every weekend, as long as nothing goes wrong or there is a super long "learning period" for wear in

ah, yeah, i should clear that up

install takes 1.5-2 days at the shop and on your own (both depending how busy you/they are)

mine is taking 3 weeks because they are overhauling the lancer kit around my car. they are integrating all the new upgrades into the new kit (supplimental injectors, brand new tune, new fuel pump setup, etc etc)

i'll explain this in more detail on friday, but basically, once my car is done, they'll have a brand new kit for the auto guys with a stronger, better tune that will be more powerful and more streetable.
