No, it's true. I've felt both and the T25 just runs out of huff at the top end.

I did identify this turbo as a design for mitsubishi which later became popular with Saab as well as Volvo. It is a stock turo used in a early boosted Ralliart(most likely 09-10). has been used for probqbly less than 3-5K miles with no shaft play and based off a Garrett or is designed by a affiliate of the company. For my purposes this could turn out to e a fun/challenging project. Has capability to create on a stock ralliart (pre 2009 NA version) 250ish bhp I believe if I rememer correctly (its in the forums). It is a V-band so from my understanding about v-band (which is not much) is has multiple upgrades depending on use of car and the changes take very little time. Like I said my knowledge of v-band is minor so if anyone would care to expand on this topic I would like to read and I am sure it will help someone that found there answer on these forums! Like the flange type?! Unusual but I have manifold ideas so the more I find, the more beneficial this thread will become. That would go with any application in here. Some say its just "t3/4 rrm kit" which is fine but I prefer to use 5K on a down when I can save around 4K by creating the kit myself.

Ill list parts shortly in a thread but here is what I have so far which I got late yesterday. Cheers

Yeah it looks like a early RRM kit. If the exhaust manifold is for a ralliart it wont fit. It looks like a ebay manifold tho?

I dont think so. Its casted, has part numbers that match ralliarts. Either way it will not be used as you mentiod It cant bolt up with custom work that I dont feel comfortale welding onto casted steel. The turbo has v-band and apparently (as more info comes in allows hotside to be changed from my understanding. If that is the case then build might go much smoother.

Have read 03lances, Steven131, among many others 4g94 turbo builds. Obviously a ustom kit there will be some variance but still need FPR, WBO2, intercooler obviously, and slim fans just to name a few.

Have seen and read you on a lot of those build threads and seem to have some good information. I may start my build thread soon but little things need to be identified prior to that obviously. Look forward to getting started tho! Piece by piece...

I think the ebay manifolds I seen were cast. The RRM kits pretty much go up and over the turbo like that kit does. If you can weld on your own manifold you shouldn't have any problem getting a good manifold that wont leak. Most of the production ones now are a little on the weak side. You should probably start your own thread since this is a 6 year old thread.

yea cast iron welding wont hold up and i dont want to go through the hassle when the manifold is crap anyway. thinking a tubular custom or switched hotside and a "more common" flange and a speedcorps manifold. Can order through motovisity via a dealership friend...
ok ok thread moved
