Yes, he is. It's not boost that breaks our engines. It's heat & torque.

Exactly what Bandit said...I've been running 11psi spiking to 13psi for over a year...all stock inside the block. Its all in the tune...If you do it right, our cars can handle it well...Not sure how much power I'm putting out right now. Gotta schedule a DYNO session...was at 167whp and 179wtq when I was pushing 9psi and a very basic tune...probably around the 200 mark now

Yup, like the others already said its all in the tune. Obviously our engines are gonna break at some point but if you take the time needed to do this right you can reliability run a good amount of boost without worry. I even autocross my car frequently and I bounce off the rev limiter out on course. Granted I try not to but I am paying more attention to the course than my rpms lol.

Been running 10-11 psi on 2 different lancers and never had problems with a safe tune in 2 years

Lol that would have to be 03lances. He's the only one with an lsd to control that power.

If I was not a poor college student atm I would be willing to up the boost to see just what she can handle. Just had an interview yesterday so hopefully next week I will hear some good news back from that. btw lsd is still working awesome. If your looking to become a serious autox'er and want to grip in the corners with a turbo lancer this PG may not be the best option. Its still quite a difference in the corners although I can break em loose still, and a night and day difference straight line. I am still very happy with it.
