anyone heard anything about the rippmods supercharger for the 4g94

 

yes, there'a HUGE thread about it if you search for "RIPP supercharger"

they haven't developed the s/c for the lancer YET, but they are anxiously waiting for someone to come thru so they can test n fit one. Im hoping to be the first sometime before the summer. u can also check out their webpage, i belive it's www.rippmods.com.

so this testing will be done on a lancer right .....
or are you gonna do it on a 4cyl eclipse and do the whole compare thing

 

Hey guys, I'm just letting u all know that i just got off the phone with Rippmods and they told me that room for my car should be opening up next week, so i am probably going to drop it off to them next weekend. I've been waiting for the day and now its almost here. Now i'm going to have to anticipate the day when i get to pick it up. i'll keep all of you posted on whats going on and the day i get it back u will all know about it and see it.

 

sorry that i havent given any update in a while, ive been really busy with school ending and work.... RIPP was waiting on my header for a while and it just came in at the end of the week so it should be bolted on now and then from there it was just bolting on the charger... everything is already made and relocated so it just needs to get bloted and tuned.... shouldnt be long at all now.

 

I have the RIPP SDS and if your guys kit is anything like mine you'll wet yourself

 

is yours the white one?? cause if so ive seen it and i really like the way yours turned out... deff looks real hot and sounds great

 

i called ripp mods today and then said that the car should be done within 2 weeks and that they will post some pics and stuff up in a couple of days....

 

Have you received your RPW cam, springs and header yet - I though I had sent them out for the lancer 2.0 but with the many orders we get now i am losing track of individual orders. Just satisfy my conscience here please.

yeah in final testing they may have realized that some things needed to be tweeked or changed a lil'

 

yeah things just keep needing to be changed a little bit and all those little bits are adding up and its taking a while to come out but when it does it will be all worth it....... and yes i believe that RIPP did recieve the header, cam, and springs they r waiting to put the cam and springs in until they get some numbers of what the supercharger does without them.... and thank you for that.... all i can say now is that im still waiting and when i get it back all of you will know the day because i will be on here with numbers and pics.....

 

im going down to pick it up on saturday..... about time... heh..... yeah so ill let all u guys know how it feels and ill take some pics and post them up for you probably on sunday.... its finally coming back

 

i was just at rippmods today. i got to ride in the dodge r/t and the galant . i also saw your yellow lancer there but i didnt get a ride in it . well good luck with your car and i hope you have a lot of fun with it. man that r/t put a huge smile on my face

 

it is getting tuned on the dyno so u will all know the numbers the same time that i do when Ripp posts them up.... but it seems like it isnt going to be ready this weekend anymore Ross didnt like the way something was so he is changing it and it will take a lil longer for the whip to come out but it wont be to long
