Whats going to be the best turbo to get for a custom setup?

^^ I agree. You have to be more specific about what you are looking for - what your goals are. If you want a turbo just to have one, then anyone will do. Go for whats cheap and available like a T3. You have to consider issues like lag/spool time, size (engine fitment), flanges (pipe customizing) how is it cooled (water and/or oil), how much power you want to go for (can't get 600 WHP with a T3), etc. This are questions that good research/searching can answer.

i want whats going to be the easy to install as well as i want 200 + at the wheels

Easiest thing to do is buy RRM's up/down pipe and buy a used/new T-25 or T-28.
