well i did a compression check.....

and the
1st CLY was
1st 149psi
2nd 153
3rd 154
4th 153

im guessing that is good??? stock internals and been boosting for about 27000miles! so i guess the turbo ist that bad for our cars after all.

what do yall think of the numbers??

Not bad, you also have to look at how it got to those numbers too. (how the needle moved up)

I thought standard compression was higher for our cars. Like around the 175-200psi range.

i think my compresseion is around 151 in all cylinders. as far as how the needle got there, you should let the car crank for about a 5 count, any more and your risking burning up the starter, any less and you may not get a very accurate reading.

They are mostly the same. You are fine! If car was heated up more you would have higher numbers. Point is, it is all GOOD!

Yes, our CR is 9.5:1.

Service manual says Min 170psi, standard value 234psi. Mine were between 220 and 225 with brand new pistons and rings way back in the day.
