RRM Stage 2 I/C Turbo Kit or.....

Well im a few months off from this part but I've been doing my research on turbos and tuning and my intentions were to get the RRM Intercooled stage 2 kit.....but then I remembered hearing about a really good supercharger system for the lancer and decided to check that out. I found this...

http://www.rippmods.com/products/pro...id=3&vehcId=17

I have heard nothing about superchargers in a lancer before so I was wondering what people's thoughts were on this.... Is it a good alternative? Has anyone else heard anything about supercharging a 4g94? Does anyone think it's a really bad idea and why? let's hear it

Here is what a simple search turned up.....

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=168817

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=151333

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=148379

And the list goes on......

All I did was a search for "Ripp Supercharger".....

No, obviously you're not thinking about it the way I am.

If I go "Search!" and close the thread, then I do that to all the n00b questions. So then, what happens? He DOES go off and tries to search again. And he finds 100 threads were people go "dude, we've discussed this a million times! Search!" because the information is buried in the forums.

Just because you and I know the answer doesn't mean it's readily available or easy to find. And yelling at the poor guy does no good.

I'm trying to get better about it. If the first responder just quickly answered the question or posted links, then the n00b would have his answer and we'd all be peaceful.

But the haters love to yell SEARCH! I've done it, and looking back, I regret that.

^Good strategy.

SDS will also produce LESS whp than RRM's Stage2 turbo kit. Let's not forget the torque of the turbocharged and supercharged cars.

Probably true. But to me, it's not all about the numbers.

Any kit that will double your WHP ain't bad.

I would love to see a SDS vs. TC Lancer and then vs. NA Lancer (EMS, ITB, etc).

Call us if you are serious about turbo. We have well over 100 kits out there and more than a million miles of feedback. Ther turbo kit is solid and for a kit makes the most power of anything out there for the Lancer. I will leave it at that! Call us.
