"Problems w/ Downpipe Bolts"

My problem is the downpipe bolts keep backing out. There are three bolt thats connect the downpipe to the turbo. Ive tried 2 different locktites and still no answer. Last night i put in longer bolts and soaked them with high strength locktite. We'll see what happens but its become a pain having to tighten them every 3 weeks. Give me some ideas guys!!!!!!

I took my car to Midas had one of the mechanics tighten them down and spotweld the bolt to the downpipe. The problem with locktite is it melts under the tempature that the bolts reach.
