EVO 8 belt squeal,under load ( video )

Heres the story, after or when it would rain the car would develop a little squeal if it was ilding. Its been raining in st.louis pretty much every other day so I got tired of hearing it. I went to a local auto parts store and bought some belt dressing, I used some and started the car back up. Now it makes this noise under load and at idle until I today. I cleaned off the belt and made sure it was free from dirt and grease, I used a little bit of dressing on the belt and started it up. It did the same noise but stopped after 15 seconds of idle. Now the squeal occurs when you put throttle to it and its not something that I can live with. After inspection I noticed that the crank pulley balancer was wobbling a little bit. I turned the car back off and checked the bolts. I could turn mostly all of them by hand !
I ended up removing them one by one and putting some red locktite on the ends of the bolts to make sure that they wouldn't' come loose again. After that I went back and started the car back up, it does the noise when throttle is applied.

Im starting to think that its the crank pulley balancer.

Your belts are hazed, but a new one. The 03-04 crank pulleys have been known to go bad.

well mines an 05.

The car has 41K.

Im still leaning on the crank pulley going bad. But when it goes to the dealership we'll find out.
