I love your kits its awesome btw. its not t-25 non ic or t-28 non ic but its GT! 28 AND ball bearing which is awesome for 3k non IC. the AMS evo with almost 1000whp use a GT-turbo right? im excited about your group buy for such a great kit for such a great price.

its no big deal to me. i have a import tuner shop 2 min from my house they tune install turbo's on srt's evo wrx's honda, lancers, dodge cravans, trucks, chevy, nissan, i mean you name it they can do it. i told them i was going to buy a turbo kit they said let us look at it, and they could tell u right of the bat what is missing. or if they were installing they would know what to add extra to make it work. houston imports are huge and this store is packed with 15+ cars everyday, and sometimes you cant even park there cause everybody getting their cars fixed up. they got a o.z lancer making 450whp here. this kit looks decent so im down imho.

Sorry going to have to say... BS on the 450whp lancer.

And your missing the point... these kits are bought to be installed by you with your set of instructions. Why pay more, you might as well just get a more expensive kit with better customer service and tech support?? Just a waste of money, plus you love your car more when you work on it by yourself, and put your own blood and sweat into it.

Plus, if that shop is big, (not saying if it is or isn't) why not just go them and have it custom fabb'd? You'd have one unique setup then.

I absolutely agree with Viciouz and I appreciate his interest in this turbo group buy, he is a former employee for RRM and for him to support the RPW designed and manufactured parts is good advice.. custom fabb'd is unique but as Viciouz says pay a little more and be rest assured of RPW technical superiority over any custom setup.

I like the fact that it's posted GT turbo.

Makes you think you'll have some monster power. News flash fella's, it takes more than that to make power. The turbo needs to be sized to the engine and the engine will only make so much power depending on design. Don't get lured in by the bling of verbage.

The ball bearing fact it better... that's the only real difference.

Customer support is going to be a big issue i feel. Has Accolade installed any of these kits? Have they tuned them? Do they have shop cars with thousands of miles on them proving the kits out? Dyno's? These are things that come into my mind.

Also... when i check out their websites i see pictures taken from another vendors site. Isn't that illegal? If not, at the very least un-ethical.

While in the end you may be boosted... just be careful. Don't go for the blingage of verbage or be lured in by empty promises. Do your homework and ensure their backing. If your the first set of customers you definately should get a better price than 3k on a non-ic'd kit. Especially for a groupbuy!!
