Help!!!

first thing i notice when i turned my car on today and took off that my exhaust sounds alot louder than normal, kinda like the way it sounded before i had the turbo....so i ignored that but when i started spooling 2 things happen..1. it feels like i got more boost cause i feel it alot more now but i have no boost controller installed so i dont know how that happen. and 2 the one that is worrying me the most when my turbo spools it has the same affect but sounds completely different its hard to explain but it sounds like a supercharger......someone please let me know what is going on

Its hard to say. Ummmm do you have a boost gauge??? Are you running more boost now. The only thing i can think of this point is maybe the line going to the wastegate came off or busted. It maybe letting ur turbo spool up way to high. Check it out.

Get yourself a boost gauge and find out what you're boosting at. Here is a cheap one: $33 www.prosportgauges.com.

Hmm, you've checked all your vacuum hoses? Does the car idle normally? Have you tried a reset of your ECU and see if anything changes? Was your turbo brand new or used? Was your wastegate new or used? Have you checked your oil?

its easy to stop boosting, you drive slowly, don't put your foot in it, only rev it up to 3k. simple.

The next thing i would check would be ur downpipe and make sure all the bolts are tight. You may have an exhaust leak somewhere. Go through ur exhaust from your turbo, wastegate recir, and back. I know if had a pain with my downpipe bolts coming loose and i can hear my exhaust more.
