RRMs new turbo for the 04+ works just fine and puts out pretty decent numbers for having a returnless fuel system.

Agreed. But you know, if you buy the A2 kit and all important items, you might come out spending lesser than the RRM kit. If your lancer is 02-03, you will spend less anyway because you wont need to buy the 250 dollar fuel return system. 04+ lancer owners have the option to get the fuel return system for 250 dollars or not but if you want you good tunability, the system is a must. Then there's the fuel control system you must get. You can find fuel control devices for good prices all around. Like extreme psi has a safc for under 270 dollars and other electronic devices. All in all, you can spend less total with the A2 kit than the RRM kit. One thing I can say the RRM kit has over the A2 kit is, RRM kits have cred first of all and you get a fuel control with the kit(piggyback) but you dont get a wideband monitor. You will need to buy a wideband seperatly with both kits anyway.

I was just saying that you can get decent numbers without the return fuel system. Yes it would be more tuneable i know. But you can work with it the way it is.

a wideband. but thats only if your gonna tune it yourself.
if you take it to a shop to get tuned i dont think you need that.

Also for the cable you will need the free software. Do i search for EvoScan, there is a thread on it somewhere

yeah all you need to get it tuned is the cable and money for pro tuning. If you want to tune it yourself, you need the cable, free software (or ~$20 for the other software that lets you datalog), a wideband (~$350) and knowledge of tuning.

Accolade SportParts has contacted them, we are offering our assistance in getting them setup on EvoM, consider it a courtesy to help diversify the Lancer Performance market...

I have been pleased with the renewed interest in all things RPW related and their developments progressing since we started promotions..

Consider us a neutral party bringing all things to the table..

They are a (909) area code company as are we. I will keep you guys updated..

This should be interesting. Im excited at the prospects...

As you know Accolade is mainly a Styling oriented company, so we have no reservations to sell performance parts at cost in order to diversify the market....

Tuning the car yourself shouldnt be hard. You will see alot of trail and error of course. you want your A/F readings to be at 13.4, that's perfect. If your A/F reading is 11.4, that's too rich, if you reading is 13.9, that's too lean. But for performance, being more lean is better than being rich.

get the cable and do it yourself, do some research and learn save yourself alot of $$ and get a wideband cuz having a shop tune your car is gonna cost half of what a wideband cost
