intercooler ?

i had a leak in my intercooler so i took it off the car and did a test on the intercooler itself and found 10/15 leaks up and down were the core welds to the end tanks my question is an intercooler if pressure tested shouldn't leak from anywhere right. I know it sounds like a dumb ques but so many leaks on a intercooler with less then 300 miles on it. just bought it this summer. Also found a leak were the intercooler piping connects to the tb.Just hope this is what is causing my car to idle rough and hesitate alittle when driving. I fixed the leak by the tb but when i pressurize it my boost gauge still loses all pressure but i can't here any more leaks?

There should not be any leaks anywhere in the intercooler/piping this will cause crazy idleness and crappy boost/driving conditions. You also have a pm.

you say you have the RRM kit?? If its there IC then I would contact them about it. If its an EBay IC then I would just fill the holes with JB weld.

oops contact them again because this is rediculous, and it's only a couple months old with only about 300 miles on it!!
