Fan wiring

Well I got my fan installed on the car but I'm not sure about the wiring. I know what wires go where but should I cut off the plug coming from the car and attach it there or should I should it be put on after that black box thing that originally split off to the 2 stock fans?

After the box as that is the relay for the fans.

I figured it was the relay for the different speed settings for the fan but I also didn't want to leave anything there that I didn't need to. Any recommendations on where to mount it to since the original fan assembly is out?

Yeah its one big assembly. I took out the entire thing and replaced it with a 12" high speed slim fan mounted on the opposite side of where the stock one was.

Thats the part I'm trying to figure out now. There really isn't anything close enough that I can find to mount it to. I need to find out where the RRM kits say to mount it to.

usually they say cut your assembly in half and leave the side in that has the box on it.

that side does not get in the way of their up down pipes.

I have stock one already out and the aftermarket one in. I'm just trying to figure out where to mount the relay now.
