camshaft still will give similar results. If a cam can give you 10-20 whp N/A then for FI it would give you more.

It depends heavily on the motor. Case in point, hondas guy can bolt on an intake, header and an exhaust and gain 10 to 20 hp. We do the same and we gain maybe 5. The gains would be decent though if you also had all the other mods and a ported and polished head.

anyway's, enough of me bickering of what you should do next. Nice numbers, I bet it is a blast to drive. I am debating whether or not to think of turboing my car or buying like a spec v or something.

what size downpipe/exhaust are you running? If its smaller than 2.5", open that up and let it breath. Also look into running water/meth injection. Its almost like race gas with 93oct, it would make running boost safer and add some hp. Just take a peak at how its helping evo guys out.

The exhaust is a magnaflow catback ( I think it is 2.25?) to a rrm testpipe and rrm header and stock downpipe

That's probably keeping your torque up which is a plus.

the stock piping definatly needs to go, same for the exhaust. If you open it up to atleast 2.5" you will have faster spool up and should pick up a good 15-20hp also. A decent muffler shop should be able to do it for pretty cheap, especailly if you arent running a cat or want to run a resinator.

1) fwd sucks with low end toruqe....well spin
2) low end torque snaps rods
3) faster spool and more overall power along with traction will more than make up for it for maybe 5ftlbs lost below 2.5k rpms

Thanks for the advice Cincy. So you think the the best bet would have an exhaust shop custom bend me some 2.5in piping or 3in? Also, have them custom make a downpipe? What about the testpipe size?

2.5" turboback would give you more than enough flow for the amount of psi your going to be pushing. 3" maybe a tad overkill and be far louder. Nobody makes them that big that i have seen, so a muffler shop is about your only option.

I had my own turbo lancer (rpw manifold and dp, gt28r turbo and custom intercooler and everything else) until some 16yr old kid slammed on his brakes instead of just slowing down infront of me. Oh well, i drive a TT now so i cant feel to bad.
