Might I just say, you really can't say at a certain psi is the breaking pt...better yet, use a hp rating instead. BTW, have you had the car dyno'd? What you running? Install those 440's NOW! LOL

The CF vent I got from CarbonTrix is like 10" x 13" I think. I was also contemplating the idea of running a smaller vent for the intake also, but it's not highest priority on my list. I need to go pick up some rivets so I can maybe get around to installing it this weekend.

Never had my car dyno'd and I don't really plan on it. If I had to guess I'd say I'm probably between 210whp and 230whp. I know that I'll have better numbers once I swap my 440cc injectors in. My stock injectors are running 100% on IDC. The only real comparison I can give for power #'s is beating an '07 Civic Si with Greddy catback and Injen cold air by like 5 or 6 cars and still pulling away. My friend was not too happy with me on that race cause I told him I was still running 5psi!

Car's still running strong at 11psi. After installing the 440cc injectors I'm not worried anymore about popping an injector running at over 100% IDC. On a site note, I've been using the graphing function in EvoScan to graph my logs and guess at my power and torque. Every log has given me a consistent ~250-260hp and ~260-275ft/lb torque!!! I'm not sure what the correction % with this function is compared to a real dyno or how accurate it even is, but perhaps it's a start. I do plan on taking my car to get it dyno'd in the near future. A shop just opened up closer to my house that has an in-house dyno so here I come. I'll keep everyone updated on what progresses. Also, I would recommend everyone taking a look at my thread on my busted oil pressure fittings. I would hate to see this happen to someone else. Cheers!

Nicely done, get it dynoed though, bench racing is just silly.

No worries. The more and more I drive my car the more curious I am getting to know how much power she really has now. I need stiffer springs in the rear because the front lifts up slightly on acceleration. I have a set of Evo VIII springs I've been meaning to install.

I went back in October or November. Here was the results I posted:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=305489

I'm still running around about 11psi on my kit. I'm currently transitioning over to a T3 Super 60 setup with a ram horn manifold, new intercooler and all new piping. The Megan Racing manifold everyone uses (including me) for their setups is junk. The welds on mine cracked so bad that one of the runners actually broke off from the 4-1 weld by the turbo flange. I'll be on my new setup by the end of April. I should be going this weekend for the new intercooler and cold side intercooler piping install. I had a small aluminum radiator installed a couple of weeks ago and it freed up a ton of space in front of the exhaust manifold.

Ooh, I've been looking for a half-rad for a while now. Where did you get yours and who makes it? I'm looking to do that and a battery relocate in the near future to save space. I wanna see you current engine bay

Yea I did a battery relocate to my trunk with a Moroso box and wiring kit. I went the AMS way with my half radiator setup. I took a radiator for a 92-00 Civic, had both necks replaced with 1.375" necks and had the bottom neck relocated to center. That's pretty much what they do for their Evo small radiator setup. I had the shop that's doing my turbo kit do the fab work.
