kinda sexy isnt it?

i got a really good deal though it was like 30 40 to tap and screw in. but 60 to reinforce an aluminum block/weld plus they have something if it leaks from the pan at all....they will replace it for free.

the problem with that setup is that the aluminum block spaces the oil return closer to the turbo therfore kinking the line. yeah now i see what happened, well if it happens again u just need to cut the rubber line shorter, but it looks like everything is fine.

the purpose of the aluminum block was to have more metal to weld. our pan is so thin to weld anything.

ya i was pretty paranoid...i have read people pan leaking but im sure this wont and if it does it will be replaced for free..hahaha. yup everything is fine brian you guys prolly wont hear any probs from me for a while..haha.

you will still get oil leaks on the coldside, buy a catchcan and stop it before one of your pipes slips off

no problem man we just want people to get accurate information so that they can make the right choice when they turbo, we want everyone to be sucessful and have a dependable car.

as for the leaking issue, if everthing is installed per instructions it wont leak. but the aluminum block is a decent idea, we have done that on the suzuki's that we've turbo'd.
