Tsi Kit Or Rrm

I'm Thinking About Buying A Kit This Friday And Don't Know Which One To Get I Got An 02 Lancer Oz Auto And For The Same Price Of Rrm Non-intercooler Or I Could Get The Tsi With Frontmount Intercooler 2 Injector & Interface Block ,injection Control Unit /w Turbo Timer So Just Trying To Get Some Idea And Yes The Tsi Kit Would Fit An Auto Without Mod Thanks Ya

do a custom Evo 16G intercooled turbo kit. There are a million threads on them around here. It'll be much cheaper than an RRM or TSI kit, but still give as much power as you want.

also, use the search function, there are a lot of threads covering the various turbo kit available for you to make up your own mind. otherwise you will just have a lot of opinions

Then go with RRM. THey are much more proven and trusted to work on your car till you wreck it and give you good performance gains. TSI used to have issues. But if it's a gift, then go with the good stuff.

TSI kit is a decent starter kit but if someones getting you a kit and its not coming out of your pocket. Get the RRM stage 2 kit. The thing is basically a direct bolt on kit.

I actually have the TSI kit ordered! I oprdered the TSI superior kit all that is missing is the intercooler w/ piping and the injectors and bov but i figure i can upgrade those mods myself! $1600 shipped!

Go with the TSI kit from this site. Great company and great product get more for the money and a great price and they offer a layaway plan also they give you a year to pay it off! This kit will be in the mail soon! Im excited! heres the link

well i like the rrm kit but i have an auto and the intercooler kit are in the 4000 range and if i get the tsi kit that comes with the intercooler and all the othe stuff and it's only going to cost 2700 that a big saving plus that 1300 dollar that i could use on other things like tires and strip clubs but i have till friday to decide what i want. thanks alot for the hints keep it up i still need ideas

Yes i recommend the tsi kit I have a friend that has one installed on a differnt car and took a ride and i was impressed! and like you said you can save alot of money! When I get mine I probally wont install it till after winter.

hey army685 so if i buy the tsi kit from http://www.prostreetonline.com/pnsku/ml2501.asp they will also trow in an apex s-afc II and the turbo timer and the boost gauge that not a bad deal
