I'd get a good quality wideband like zeitronix and a good boost gauge (zeitronix can monitor boost as well).

 

buy an intercooler do some custom piping

Good luck with everything I ordered my TSI kit and should be shipped to me this week sometime. Just have to buy some parts here and there but i probally wont install it to after winter because i have other projects to work on also but i will take pics of the turbo kit
