looken good. you can get any turbo you really want, but for stock internals, some go with a t25 setup and others like myself went with a evo setup (16g, stock evo turbo). its all about what you want and how much you want to put into it.
have you thought about fuel pumps or injectors?

I want to go with stock internals for now untill I can buy everything else so I can boost more. but the thing is if a 16g turbine would fill the intercooler i have mounted. the other thing is that i have to make the whole fuel return system and dont even know how to start.

what I mean is that a small turbo wouldnt have enough air movement to boost with such a big intercooler, so I cant go with a TD04 turbo but I dont know if the evo 16G or the Big 16G would, so I was thinking about buying a T3/T4 .50 cold .63 hot turbo with external 4 psi wastegate and stepping it up to 7psi with a boost controller. But I specially want the turbo sound and I dont know if a t3/t4 turbo would boost in 1st gear or neutral to show off

Get a used stock Evo IC, they are cheap and they can make plenty of power. That is what I am using on my 500hp GSX.

my car is 4g64 also and my intercooler is about 5 inches taller with 3 inch core, i used to run a 14b with it no problem, now i have an evo9 20g upgraded turbo which is clipped and runs perfect the stock motor can handle 20psi, its been done with a good tune, and the man who did it is pushing 400 plus horse stock internals and right now im damn near close to that also, you will be fine with that setup witha 16g

That is a lot of turbo for a 6k powerband. You really should of stuck with a stock turbine and definitly not clipped. Not to mention that ic is more for a car making well over 300whp and will just cause a good deal of pressure drop. But then again, its not a big deal since you wont ever see the peak of the turbo's efficiency.

i have a evo8 turbo with the evo8 intercooler, running around 10 psi on stock internals. i really think its a good idea to go with that setup. plus if you decide to go with internals you wont have to buy a bigger setup. you will already have it
