I would consider longevity a necessity. It sounds like you're basically trying to repeat Omar's build so I would suggest looking at what he did.

I hope that you guys call dsm t25 too small. What about my small t25, lol?

I can push mine well over 300 who mark, but I'm only shooting for 12 psi and hitting just below 300whp mark.

I don't think the T-25 is too small for his purposes.
Lol, you also have high compression pistons so it's not a fair comparison.

Yeah, thats not going to happen. Its hard to get to the 300whp mark with a gt28r, let alone on a t25 and 12psi. Not going to happen.

9.5 isnt that high for boost. My car was that stock and i only dropped it to 9.25 since i plan on running a turbo that doesnt boost till 4500rpms

The engine is only as safe as the tune and accompanying parts working together as one. Has he said what pistons he has got? 10:1? 11:1? If 11:1, yes get the decompression gasket; but with 10:1, I think that'd be a perfect platform to work with as is. Plenty of Civics running 10:1 or higher on conservitive maps; it's just all in the tune!

I think he's running 11:1 compression.

I was going to run 10:1 with my project but never got around to it. There is a member that has 10:1 compression with the RRM turbo and from what I remember he saw pretty good results.

Nope. I will keep my 11.0:1 compression. Response and torque is great.

And I know that I won't hit 300whp at 12psi, it will be more like 280-290whp and alot more torque. My whp is not dropping and I rev to 6800rpm.

Do the math!!!

1) My NA high compression engine without ignition tuning had 127whp and 12X torque.
2) I turbocharged it with ebay gt28r (.60/.63) and got 206whp and 230 torque at 6.5psi. That's 79whp and over 100 torque gain. (same dyno - dyno dynamics)
3) Now I have slightly bigger turbo with bigger housing (.60/.80); better top-end.

Basically after I get my rods and some tunning, I should be just shy of 300 mark.

What dyno is that on, a dynojet?
Going frm 206 whp to 300 whp is a big jump, that's basically another 100 whp gain and you won't get that by simply doubling the PSI (you lose efficiency as you go up).
I agree that 300 whp is a bit much, I'd be more concerned about the motor lasting considering it's not merely being strained by a ridiculously high compression, it's having air forced into it as well.

My had is from '98 mirage with 272 Crower cam, P&P, adjustable rocker arms, stiff valve springs. Basically I have all the support. I'm only missing rods.

Again, like I said it before. I won't hit 300whp, but close.

Again the dyno is Dyno Dynamics (No Limit Motorsports) <--- check them out on Youtube. Great tuners.
