questions about turbo lancers

Just wondering is it really worth the time and money to turbo our lancers?
how must boost can a stock bottom end and stock fuel system run?
what is the average horsepower gain on a turbo lancer?

if anyone has any videos or dyno sheets they can submit it will be really helpful thanks.

Why is this in show and shine?
You really need to search since all this info is very easy to get (like in my FAQ). No one can decide for you if it's worth turboing your car, that is completely up to you.

It would actually make more power since its not AWD. AWD tends to eat power

Yes but it wouldn't be the same. Push 300 hp through a FWD car and you get the joys of wheel spin and torque steer which might impress the junior high girls but doesn't make for a good performance car.

And then it eats more power and adds cost among other things.

More importantly, the car wasn't designed from the factory to be a performance sedan, you'll spend more money making a car into one than it would be to just go out and buy one.

but in the end the lancer is a performance car instead of a econobox. So I rate a turbo is a very good investment for it. Coz the engine has valve timing on inlet and exhaust therefor isnt suited that well to N/A mods. Induction is the only worthwhile way
